Peer Meeting

After completing the reviews, peers meet to discuss the feedback. The platform allows users to access their documented reviews, either by printing or pulling them up on the system. After the meeting, nurses document the date of the feedback session, completing the Peer Feedback process.

Confidentiality &
Manager Oversight

While managers can monitor task completion, they do not have access to the contents of peer reviews, ensuring that feedback remains confidential between the assigned nurses. This system helps managers track progress without influencing or interfering with the peer feedback process.

Department managers automatically assign peer partners in a reciprocal review process—if Nurse A reviews Nurse B, then Nurse B reviews Nurse A. Peer reviews are matched by department, job code, and facility to ensure relevant feedback and a balanced workload.
