LET’S GET STARTED

Ready for a Modern Approach to Clinical Success?

StaffGarden is dedicated to providing comprehensive marketing support to ensure programs thrive post-launch. That’s why we offer the StaffGarden Bloom program to all hospitals and healthcare organizations using our platform.

Let’s explore how we support our clients through StaffGarden Bloom, featuring the successful launch and marketing of two clinical ladder and nursing professional development programs at StaffGarden’s partner hospitals.

What is StaffGarden Bloom?

Experience has shown that successful clinical ladder programs require consistent marketing and engagement efforts. That’s why we created StaffGarden Bloom—to leverage our expertise in both marketing and clinical advancement programs with the goal of increasing program enrollment and engagement.

When launching a program with StaffGarden, we create marketing materials under hospitals’ brand guidelines to bring awareness to the program and its benefits. We work alongside organizations’ in-house marketing teams to produce approved creative content that focuses on the opportunities and value of the new program.

The best part is that there’s no additional cost for Bloom support. Materials created as part of the Bloom program can be freely used, changed, and distributed by the hospital— whether it’s before or after the launch.

Post-Launch Best Practices

Every program, organization, site, and department is unique. While there’s no one-size-fits-all strategy, our experience has revealed some best practices:

  1. Get Started Early!
    • A successful launch begins before the go-live date. Create hype early, and you’ll see sign-ups start rolling in as soon as the program is available.
  1. Engage Leadership
    • Develop materials that engage leaders and communicate how their involvement impacts the organization’s goals. Leadership buy-in is crucial for driving program success.
  1. Impactful Media
    • Short, focused videos featuring nurses, leaders, and even the CNO or CFO can amplify your message. Word of mouth is powerful, and video is how the modern internet moves. We can help you create a video campaign that increases visibility and engagement.

What StaffGarden Bloom Provides

The ultimate goal of Bloom is to create awareness, communicate the value of the clinical ladder program to users, and increase engagement. StaffGarden’s tailored approach ensures that programs not only launch successfully, but continue to thrive with Bloom.

Marketing Collateral and Flyers

Bloom provides a variety of marketing materials—flyers, brochures, posters—to promote your clinical ladder program. These materials are visually appealing, informative, and designed to communicate the benefits and opportunities of the program effectively.

Digital Campaigns and Communication

Bloom includes robust digital marketing support to ensure your clinical ladder program reaches a wider audience. We assist with email campaigns, internal newsletters, and social media content that highlight program updates, participant achievements, and upcoming events.

For one partner hospital, StaffGarden created an internal email sequence to drive signups for their clinical ladder program before their deadline. This campaign was aimed at users who had created an account in StaffGarden, but had not completed their applications. By sending out targeted messages within StaffGarden, users were encouraged to finish what they started, and were rewarded by the program for doing so.

As a result of this email campaign, the hospital saw a 24% increase in applications from the previous year, far surpassing their goal of a 10% increase.

Event Support and Promotion

One of the standout features of Bloom is our commitment to supporting promotional events. We encourage out-of-the-box ideas to bring life to your program.

At Prisma Health, StaffGarden Bloom supported a launch event that included engaging activities, informational sessions, and photo opportunities to generate excitement and interest in the new clinical ladder program. We even provided gift cards for a giveaway and handed out StaffGarden-branded succulent plants to nurses on the ladder and those signed up for the program that day.

Every location has unique opportunities to drive awareness and achieve engagement goals. No idea is too small, and no opportunity is wasteful. Let’s get creative and make your program stand out!

Ongoing Training and Workshops

To help participants and managers get the most out of the clinical ladder program, StaffGarden provides ongoing training and workshops. These sessions cover everything from understanding the program structure to effectively using the platform for tracking progress and achievements.

Many of our training workshops are uniquely tailored to nurses, program managers, and other user categories such as hospital campus location to provide a better user experience.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Bloom emphasizes the importance of collecting feedback from participants and managers. We use this feedback to make continuous improvements to the program, ensuring it remains relevant and effective in meeting the needs of your workforce.

In Summary

By providing comprehensive post-launch support through Bloom, StaffGarden ensures that your clinical ladder program not only launches successfully but continues to grow and thrive. Our tailored approach to event support, marketing, training, and continuous improvement helps create a sustainable culture of professional development and excellence within your organization.
